Do you work with agencies?
Yes, white-label. The engineer works under your brand. Non-solicit and non-circumvention are in every contract: we never contact or pitch your client.
Is there a minimum contract?
You choose: monthly, six months or twelve. Monthly ends with 30 days' notice and nothing more. The longer contracts lock your rate and carry more free replacements; ending one early is settled as the contract terms set out.
What if the developer isn't a fit?
We replace the engineer for free: unlimited replacements on a 12+ month contract, 2 on six months, 1 on monthly. An engineer who quits or underperforms is always replaced, with no limit.
Who owns the code?
You do. We sign an NDA before you share anything, and the contract assigns the IP to you.
