AI features, from demo to production

AI/ML, Prompt and Data engineers who take AI features from demo to production: retrieval, agents, models, evaluation, guardrails and the data underneath.

How it works

Tell us where the feature is: an idea, a demo that works on ten examples, or a feature in production that drifts. We match the role to the part that is missing, and each role gets 3 vetted profiles in 48 hours.

They work inside your team and your stack, as in staff augmentation. When the AI work is a product of its own, it runs as a dedicated team with a Lead/Staff engineer.

What they build

  • Retrieval over your own documents, with citations and an accuracy number
  • Agents that act on real systems, with permissions, budgets and a trace
  • Models trained, served and monitored in production
  • Evaluation sets that say whether a change made it better
  • Guardrails and refusal handling
  • The pipelines and the data the features read from

Questions tech leads ask us

What if the developer isn't a fit?

We replace the engineer for free: unlimited replacements on a 12+ month contract, 2 on six months, 1 on monthly. An engineer who quits or underperforms is always replaced, with no limit.

Do I interview them?

Yes. You get a shortlist of profiles and run your usual technical interview. You pick who joins.

Who owns the code?

You do. We sign an NDA before you share anything, and the contract assigns the IP to you.

How do you keep my code and data secure?

Every engineer signs an NDA before you share anything, and the contract assigns all work product and IP to you. They work inside your own accounts, with access you grant and revoke. When a seat ends, you remove access on the last day and the engineer confirms in writing that no code or data stays on their devices.

Skip the sales rep. Talk to the CEO.

Tell us what you're building, your stack and when you need people. Three vetted profiles per role within 48 hours of the call, and a straight answer on whether we're the right fit.
