Dedicated teams

A senior team that owns the work

A Lead/Staff engineer plus the roles the work needs, owning a product, a module or a migration with your CTO.

How it works

The team starts with its Lead/Staff engineer. You interview them first, and they plan the work with your CTO: what ships, in what order, and which roles it needs.

The other roles join as the plan needs them. Each role gets 3 vetted profiles in 48 hours, and you interview every one. The team works in your repo, your release process and your tools, and grows or shrinks seat by seat, each ending with 30 days’ notice.

The engineer every team starts with

Senior engineer who leads your team. Owns the architecture, leads other engineers and sets technical direction with your CTO.

Tested like every other profile, plus system design, and interviewed by you before anyone else joins.

Questions tech leads ask us

What if the developer isn't a fit?

We replace the engineer for free: unlimited replacements on a 12+ month contract, 2 on six months, 1 on monthly. An engineer who quits or underperforms is always replaced, with no limit.

Do I interview them?

Yes. You get a shortlist of profiles and run your usual technical interview. You pick who joins.

Can I scale up or down?

Yes. Add engineers with a new brief, or end a seat with 30 days' notice.

Who owns the code?

You do. We sign an NDA before you share anything, and the contract assigns the IP to you.

Skip the sales rep. Talk to the CEO.

Tell us what you're building, your stack and when you need people. Three vetted profiles per role within 48 hours of the call, and a straight answer on whether we're the right fit.
